About the Role As the Strategic Senior Finance Analyst, you will be reporting into the Strategic Finance Manager for Star Pubs where your primary responsibility will be to lead on Monthly forecasting and develop the Annual and Strategic Plans. You’ll play a critical role within HEINEKEN’s Month End and Strategic Governance Cycle by providing first class performance management, planning and value add insight.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities. Lead on the monthly rolling forecasting, partnering with the Star Finance team and key stakeholders for latest estimates. Proactively looking for trends and highlighting key risks and opportunities. Present Star monthly performance to Finance and Star leadership, landing key messages on KPI development and providing analysis to support key commercial and strategic decision making. Project manage the Annual Plan & Strategic Plan process, collaborating with stakeholders to build robust plans underpinned with considered assumptions. Lead on reviews with Finance and Star leaderships, proactively looking for opportunities and providing first class analysis. Provide ad hoc timely analysis based on trends to aid decision making and support operational teams to effectively improve profitability. About you This role is best suited to a Qualified Accountant and experienced analyst with excellent communication skills and a track record of working collaboratively across teams. Your solution-focused, positive attitude coupled with excellent forward planning and organisational skills will allow you to stay one step ahead of our key deadlines and navigate robustly through a fluid and fast moving environment.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Finance Analyst to provide strategic insights to influence stakeholders and provide the senior management team with actionable insights to drive top line performance and profitability. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills desirable. If you; Can build solid relationships and influence stakeholders. Have a proactive and positive attitude. Can navigate robustly though a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment. Have a keen interest in and would like to learn more about the Star Pubs. This could be the role for you!
