This role will lead the finance services team, which is dedicated to delivering high-quality financial services within the new Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centre in Glasgow, driving high-quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to support the organisation's growth and transformation goals. Responsibilities

Lead a skilled finance team delivering Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report services. Establish and transition high-quality finance processes with robust controls and compliance measures. Drive continuous improvement, performance insights, and best practices across PTP processes. Support the deployment of new finance systems and act as a subject matter expert. Develop clear, globally aligned knowledge resources and implement ServiceNow in collaboration with stakeholders. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and provide service performance reporting. Lead, coach, and engage the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
