Finance Strategy Analyst (Corporate Development) | Hybrid | Central London | £70,000 - £80,000 3 month FTC - Potential to go permanent following review and budget Ideal start date - 6th January 2025 Simpson Judge are working with a venture capital-backed software company poised for rapid growth and expansion. This role will play a pivotal part in executing corporate development initiatives, driving financial strategy, and contributing to key decision-making processes. Responsibilities : Supporting general deal execution, including M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships. Lead the preparation of financial materials to support corporate development opportunities. Assist in the creation of marketing presentations and investor-facing materials. Manage data room setup, organisation, and updates, ensuring seamless collaboration during financial due diligence processes. Provide ad hoc strategic analysis and recommendations to support corporate decision-making. Technical Skills: Advanced financial modelling skills. Expertise in Excel for analysis and reporting. Strong PowerPoint skills for preparing impactful presentations. Experience: Solid understanding of financial due diligence processes.
