As a Finance Systems Administrator, you’ll join a specialist support team within our Finance Systems structure. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the administration of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules and support system development projects, working closely with stakeholders across the Finance and Business community. You’ll take ownership of the day to day operations and security of finance systems, providing administrative support across various EPM modules. You'll be responsible for ensuring system integrity, supporting users with their needs, and helping to deliver consistent training to enhance user confidence and system knowledge. As we evolve and transform our finance systems, your role will adapt to support new solutions and processes. Collaboration is key, so the successful candidate will need to work from our Glasgow, Perth or Reading offices at least 50% of the time. You will

Oversee daily operations, maintaining system security, and managing user access rights to support a secure, efficient environment. Provide essential support on Oracle EPM finance systems and helping with post-transformation processes and applications. Guide and support end-users with comprehensive training on EPM modules, offering front-line assistance on current and future system needs. Support the Group Reporting team with master data administration, ensuring data reconciliation and integrity within EPM modules. Regularly review and update policies and procedures for EPM Modules, contributing to a well-organised and user-friendly document library. You have

Working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, cloud infrastructure, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Experience of finance systems development, including analysing and mapping processes. Experience of delivering EPM training and support from a system go live perspective. Able to simplify complex issues and present them effectively. Relevant degree level qualification, or actively working towards at least an AAT qualification. A collaborative approach, strong organisational skills, and the resilience to manage your own time effectively. About SSE
