My client is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to oversee and optimise the financial systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. This is more than just maintenance - it's about innovation, problem-solving, and creating a seamless experience for users across the organisation.

Your Role:

- Supporting the ownership of Agresso (Unit4 ERP), ensuring its stability, security, and performance. - Provide expert support and guidance to users, resolving system issues efficiently. - Manage system upgrades, testing, and the introduction of new features. - Develop insightful financial reports and dashboards that empower decision-making. - Identify and implement process enhancements for greater system efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity. - Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to integrate the finance system with wider business applications. - Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of finance system policies and procedures. - Act as a key contact for external auditors and compliance checks.

Who You Are:

- Experienced in Agresso (Unit4 ERP) with a track record of managing finance systems. - A strong understanding of financial processes, ideally within a complex organisation. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvements. - A confident communicator who can support and train non-technical users. - Comfortable managing system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
