Job Description Oversee and manage the Accounting & Finance department Ensure financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth Lead and develop a finance systems team Implement new processes and controls where necessary Work with other team leaders to grow the business and formulates strategies Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out Develop and manage financial systems/policies The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Systems Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA Experience in a similar role within the business services industry Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £60,000- £70,000 per annum Opportunity to work in a leading company in the business services industry Excellent career growth opportunities An inclusive, supportive and high-performing culture
