Finance Systems Operations Lead
Central London – Hybrid (3 days a week in the office) | Up to £80,000 + benefits
An international law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Operation Lead to lead a newly formed team, ensuring that new technologies and processes are efficiently adopted firm-wide. This firm operates in over 30 countries and has built a reputation for innovation, turning technology, insight, and talent into ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities of Finance Systems Operation Lead
Act as “Go To” person for all key Finance Systems used by the Finance Team and other key stakeholders. Keeping documentation of key setups and known issues up to date. Support Finance team and senior management team with 3E data extraction either direct from 3E or via Microsoft Reporting Services, including analysis and presentation utilising ad-hoc reports, SQL queries, design, and creation of new automated reports. Lead training initiatives for the Finance team and the wider business.
Required Skills of Finance Systems Operation Lead
Extensive experience of Elite 3E. Extensive experience of SQL Server (incl advanced data interrogation techniques). Technical knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Power BI. Experience with BI Solutions. Strong track record of supporting data analysis requirements of the wider business through creation of new user-friendly reports and ad-hoc data queries. Excellent knowledge of practice management systems and other key tools used by Finance Teams.
