Finance Team Administrator . The Job: Job Title: Finance Team Administrator Location: Knightsbridge, office based Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Benefits: Pension, Cycle-to-Work Scheme, Health Coverage, generous annual leave What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: Maintain accurate records for all group companies and ensure statutory filings (e.g., confirmation statements, director appointments) are completed on time. File annual accounts and use Blueprint software for documentation. Draft and amend board minutes, compile legal documents, and coordinate quarterly board reports. Provide KYC and AML documentation when required. Provide diary management and administrative assistance to the Finance Director. Reconcile and analyse credit card spending, congestion charges, and company lunch costs. Offer holiday cover and occasional support for Accounts Payable. What is the company looking for? Previous experience in administrative roles such as PA, finance assistant, or general administrator. Knowledge of company secretarial processes is a bonus. Strong numerical ability, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
