What you'll do Your key accountabilities will include: Lead and inspire a team of 5 talented individuals Drive the month-end process with precision and efficiency Engage in exciting project involvements to further the company's goals Take accountability for the balance sheet and ensure accuracy Spearhead process improvements across the team to drive efficiency and excellence Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Qualified Accountant with a strong track record Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team Proven experience in managing and driving the month-end process Excellent attention to detail and a curious mindset to drive process improvements Strong project involvement and balance sheet accountability experience Everyone's Welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
