CMA are pleased to be assisting our established, Andover-based client with the recruitment of an experienced Finance Team Leader to oversee their busy transactional team. Utilising your proven skill, you will provide accounts services to the wider business, ensuring adherence to administrative systems, procedures, and policies. What will the Finance Team Leader role involve? Primary responsibility for leading a team transacting all elements of the sales and purchase ledgers. Support the team to accurately process and match purchase invoices and credit notes for all suppliers and process sales invoices and credit notes for all clients in accordance with agreed schedules of rates. Regular reconciliations of all supplier accounts. Dealing with supplier base to resolve queries and disputes. Month end payment runs ensuring timely payment allocations. Lead the credit control function working closely with clients. Support monthly payroll, expenses (process receipts and reconcile credit card accounts, including topping up credit cards on a weekly basis). Assist with preparation of the Management accounts. Produce weekly/monthly reports for management. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Team Leader vacancy: AAT Qualification or QBE. Positive, professional attitude, flexible and adaptable. Proven reporting skills, managing processes, organisation, analysing information, problem solving, supply management, inventory control and verbal communication. Sage and Microsoft Office would be a distinct advantage. 2+ years’ experience of leading a small team. Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Team Leader: On-site parking.
