The opportunity As a Finance Transformation Consultant, you will work as part of a high-performing team on a broad range of clients and assignments that will stretch and challenge you. You will have a unique chance to support the finance function in a transformation journey for a valuable business partner, empowering the organization to unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Through partnering with the CFO, the Controller and/or the Treasurer, you will support the provision of insights regarding leading practices and participate in transformation projects for their finance functions, helping them to streamline their organizational structure, processes and leverage new technologies. The type of projects we help our clients with are: Deliver complex finance transformation projects, including the redesign of the finance function operating model and the development and implementation of strategies for financial process re-engineering (FP&A, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting etc.) including the adoption of new technologies. Act as a functional finance consultant to support the business part of the implementation of new technologies within the Finance Department (ERP, Consolidation, Controlling, Reporting and Visualization tools). Design and improve the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and assess the maturity level of managing and understanding costs. Design and improve the financial statements closing process, consolidation process and overall reporting cycle. Support the implementation of recommendations and solutions providing sophisticated Project Management service, in close alignment with clients' teams. Design the reporting framework to address regulatory and internal information requirements in the context of ESG reporting requirements for the CFO. Demonstration of integrity, values, principles, and work ethic. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and/or other related field. 0-2 years of working experience in Finance functions of large corporates or relevant experience in the consulting sector (finance process optimization, reporting, closing, audit). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills in both Greek and English for technical and business audiences. Understanding of finance processes and finance technology, including but not limited to ERP, Planning and Budgeting, Reporting/Visualization systems & tools. Ideally, you’ll also have Postgraduate degree or relevant professional qualification completed or in progress (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is highly appreciated. Consulting or Audit experience is an asset.
