We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. This position is critical for supporting an evolving UK business. We are seeking a Transformation Manager to drive organisational change and improve business processes within our UK businesses. You will provide initial support to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation team while planning areas for process and systems improvement. As the Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop transformation strategies, and execute projects to drive organizational growth and success. Provide hands-on support to assess the present state of the UK systems and processes and create a comprehensive plan to bridge the gap. Review and complete existing process documentation for ‘as is’ state and measure changes. Prioritise and cost planned improvements. Deliver actionable insights to spark new improvement ideas and assess the impact of existing ones. Manage project funds in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures; challenge budget overruns or plan slippage. Lead the continuous improvement of the financial and management accounting systems. Oversee the setup and configuration of the new system with our ERP service provider. Identify and implement changes to financial reporting and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Develop and deliver training for finance and operational staff for smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes. Skills: Expertise in finance processes, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proven ability to drive automation and reduce manual workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in a manufacturing systems environment. Advanced Excel, Navision/Business Central knowledge is an advantage.
