WE ARE AMDARIS

At Amdaris, we bring together exceptional talent to deliver custom software solutions and drive digital transformation. Our acquisition by Insight last year has only solidified our standing in the market to become the leading provider of software solutions and paving the way for an exciting growth trajectory with ambitious future goals. Our expertise spans software development, cloud computing, IT strategy, and digital innovation, helping businesses optimise their technology and achieve their strategic objectives. With cutting-edge projects and a dynamic team, there has never been a better time to join us and be part of our journey to shape the future of technology. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a small team based in our lovely headquarters in Central Bristol. We are a systems driven team. Unsurprisingly, for a company that consists mostly of developers, we see technology as an enabler to faster, more robust and scalable solutions across finance and the wider business. We invest heavily in the tools and training available to our team to enable them to do their job in the most efficient way possible. This means a focus on integration and automation where possible. Despite this, you’ll not drag an accountant far away from Excel, so it’s important that you are comfortable working in Excel too. Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of work orders to ensure that they are correctly approved internally and sharing them for signature by the customer. Oversight of creation of invoices in Netsuite - reviewing invoices for accuracy and adding relevant details as required. Work alongside the Finance Operations Analyst to improve processes to ensure that we are fit for future scale. Assist in creation of system reports to streamline reporting requirements. Ownership of Middle East entity books - working alongside external advisors to ensure monthly ledgers are closed in an accurate and timely manner. Deliver Middle East reporting on a monthly basis to relevant stakeholders with associated commentary and analysis. Assist in preparation of tax returns for the UK. Work alongside external tax advisors in the Middle East to ensure all relevant local tax filings are made in a timely and accurate manner. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS

Qualified accountant or part-qualified with relevant experience. Highly IT literate - ideally with familiarity with the tools we use - Netsuite, Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, Teams. Prior experience in the preparation of month-end reporting. Familiarity with controls - ideally with some exposure to Sarbanes Oxley requirements. LIFE AT AMDARIS
