We are very pleased to be working with an innovative international group with a blue-chip clientele to recruit a Financial Accountant to work on a hybrid basis at their modern offices on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.
Your new role
The Financial Accountant will be joining a talented finance team and will work closely with the management team and have responsibility for month-end reporting and supporting the year-end audit. They will also play a key role in continual process and systems development to drive efficiency, quality and timeliness of reporting and business insight.
What you'll need to succeed
The Financial Accountant will be a qualified accountant or part-qualified and near completion with good attention to detail and strong analytical and IT skills, including Excel to an intermediate/advanced level. They will be confident communicators, inquisitive, with good problem-solving skills, ambitious, eager to develop their knowledge and progress in the organisation.
