Multi-Academy Trust seeking Financial Accountant, ideally with practice/audit background.
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a not-for-profit charity with years of experience in the education sector - start date ASAP.
Financial Accountant role: Financial Accountant Salary: £65k-£75k, 6-month FTC. Hybrid working arrangements. Must be experienced Financial Accountant with strong reconciliation skills. Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations. The preparation of monthly management accounts for the federation head office departments. Clear a backlog of discrepancies. Identifying and evaluating opportunities for improving value for money. Produce supporting documentation to support with audit. Support the Project Accountant to achieve a successful year end. Financial Accountant requirements: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification. Ideally have practice/audit background. Finance experience within education. Enhanced DBS.
