We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join the finance team of our marketing leading private healthcare company. The role involves maintaining strong financial performance and transparency, supporting financial objectives through management reporting, budget oversight, and statutory compliance. This role is crucial for the smooth financial operation of the business, impacting the ability to provide exceptional care and service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Senior Financial Accountants in compiling monthly management accounts. Produce monthly management accounts for strategic decision-making. Create group budgets and report performance against these budgets. Communicate financial performance to various entities and departments. Assist in preparing year-end statutory accounts and maintaining statutory requirements. Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures for efficient external audits. Ideal Candidate:

Financial professional with an AAT or CIMA/ACCA part qualified. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Sage Line 50, is required. Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail are essential.
