Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly management accounts. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and year-end accounts. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and processes. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, processes, and financial accuracy. Support the Finance Operations Manager on ad-hoc projects, including system improvements and analysis. Build strong relationships with senior management to aid strategic decision-making. About You
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards. Proven experience in financial accounting or operations, ideally in a larger organisation.
