As a Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in driving internal and external financial reporting for the UK and Ireland. You’ll also support key transformation projects and gain valuable insights into financial results and operational processes.
What will the Financial Accountant role involve?
Ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting under IFRS and company standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for external audits, coordinating across Finance and the wider business.
Prepare annual financial statements and assist in significant transformation projects.
Provide expert guidance on compliance with UK/IE legislation and internal accounting guidelines.
Drive efficiency in finance processes and systems, collaborating with business and IT partners.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:
ACA/ACCA qualified chartered accountant.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Experience in external auditing, ideally with Big Four experience.
Familiarity with SAP and Shared Service Centre operations is a plus.
