Job Description Financial Accountant (ESG) key responsibilities: Integrate ESG factors into financial accounting and reporting systems. Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to align ESG and financial goals. Provide financial advice based on ESG evaluations. Contribute to strategic decision-making with ESG insights. Stay updated with the latest ESG trends and regulations in the property industry. Participate in ESG-related projects and initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Accountant (ESG) should have: A strong background in financial accounting. Proficiency in financial software and reporting systems. A keen interest in and understanding of ESG matters. Familiarity with ESG regulations in the property industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. A proactive approach to staying updated with ESG trends and regulations.
