Job Title: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
Hours:
37 Hours per week
Salary:
£58,166 - £61,598
Do you want to be part of an experienced Finance Team, working proactively in Local Government to provide the highest quality financial data to external and internal parties?
Are you a Qualified Accountant with experience in the production of year end and statutory returns? Do you have a mind-set for accuracy and process improvement?
As a senior member of the finance team, you will demonstrate competence in dealing with a diverse range of complex and challenging issues and be able to converse with all levels of officers, Councillors and other external bodies.
This is the perfect opportunity to use your experience and up to date knowledge in the provision of high quality financial reporting to a wide range of people. With an exciting mix of 'once in a generation' projects, you will be a valued member of the team relied on to deliver the Gosport Borough Council priorities as well as being a steady pair of hands when it comes to governance.
