Role Overview:

As a Financial Accountant, responsibilities will typically include:

Assist in managing outsourced service providers;

Core finance operations including monthly financial reporting & budget analysis;

Enhancement of current processes and development of new operational solutions, to assist ongoing growth and development of the business globally;

Management and oversight of the external audit process;

Presentation of financial planning and analysis to the rest of the team and others in the wider business;

Development and maintenance of key finance policies & procedures.

Qualifications:

In order for you to get the most out of this role you’ll need to have:

A chartered accountancy qualification or equivalent.

Strong academics; minimum 2:1 from a reputable university - ideally STEM.

Very strong numeracy skills and a high attention to detail.

Experience/interest in business process automation, system development and data visualisation.

An appetite to work in a fast-paced, commercial role that requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of the investment management industry is desirable.

Experience with Workday is desirable.
