the Financial Accountant , you will be responsible for preparing statutory and management accounts for property rental and development businesses within the group. In addition, you will be responsible for the firm's charity organization, including attending monthly Trustee meetings. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing
management accounts
and consolidation on a quarterly basis with commentary for the development portfolio comprising 50+ companies and LLPs operating in three group structures: Property development Student Housing Property investment Reviewing monthly cash calls Preparing VAT returns to ensure compliance with legislation, including partial exemption calculations Reviewing corporation tax returns and assisting with tax planning across the group Preparing audit files and liaising with auditors as required Preparing statutory accounts using Caseware on an annual basis for property companies and other entities as required Using the QUBE property management/accounts system Preparing charity monthly management accounts, forecasts, payroll, and ad hoc reporting Ensuring compliance with bank covenants for various loan facilities Preparing annual budgets and forecasts Authorizing bank payments using online banking software Formation and strike-off of companies Required Qualifications/Experience: A

ACCA qualified
professional, ideally with property industry knowledge and experience.
