Job description: We have an opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the statutory compliance of the Finance team including monthly investor reporting requirements. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of FRS 102 and US GAAP, have experience of consolidations, and must be able to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing: Lead the preparation of periodic accounts, reconciling balance sheets and reporting. Support the Financial Controller in delivering the month-end timetable to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner. Ensure appropriate support is provided for transactions and accounting schedules. Assist in the design and delivery of monthly investor packs including a consolidation. Design and implement internal controls and processes to ensure controls by design are included within all processes. Complete annual statutory accounts reporting. Lead the annual audit and liaise with external auditors. Coordinate cash flow forecasting and reporting. Support with Capex reviews and reporting. Provide updates on regulation changes impacting the business. Coach and train junior team members. Requirements:

Qualified Accountant - ACCA / ACA. US GAAP experience. Solid understanding of financial reporting standards. Proven experience in financial control with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders/directors. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
