This position is working Monday - Friday offering a salary up to £42,000 pending experience, plus excellent company benefits.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful Financial Accountant will manage 2 Assistant Accountants & 1 Purchase Ledger Administrator, playing a key role in various financial functions.
Financial Accountant main duties:
Fixed asset accounting, month-end journals, and balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of accruals, national statistics forms, and annual reports like Gender Pay Overseeing year-end accounts, stock take, and audit queries Data analysis, report generation, and managing the accounts team
Financial Accountant required skills and experience:
CIMA/ACCA qualifications and 3+ years of post-qualification experience. Experience in management accounts, treasury, and ledger expertise. Attention to detail and strong numerical ability Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented mindset. Excellent IT proficiency (Excel & Word; Sage 200 is a bonus).
