Person Specification Qualifications and Professional Requirements CCAB qualified accountant with post-qualification experience at a senior level within a Healthcare Finance Department. Postgraduate degree level education or equivalent knowledge and skills. Experience Track record of achievements and delivering work to tight deadlines. Proven track record of operating effectively at a senior level within the Finance Function. Skills and Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and the ability to manipulate and interrogate large databases/datasets.
