Job Description Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting within the company Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards Prepare and present financial reports to senior management Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting systems Provide financial guidance to the company's strategic planning Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals Identify opportunities for financial growth and efficiency The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Accounts Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in financial software and MS Office What's on Offer An attractive salary range of £65,000- £75,000 per annum Generous holiday leave A collaborative and innovative company culture Opportunity to work in the Technology industry Chance to lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team
