About the Role

You will be part of a fast-paced team providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey. As a Senior Administrator, you will manage more complex cases, assist with team workloads, and handle complex queries. You will also play a key role in mentoring and training team members, helping them grow professionally. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While you’ll work closely with the team, the role also requires the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Your duties will include: Supporting financial advisers with administrative tasks, including booking meetings and preparing documents. Managing and updating client files using relevant systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responding promptly to client queries via phone, email, and post, and building strong client relationships. Preparing and processing complex recommendation reports, applications, and documentation. Liaising with providers and third parties, including accountants, solicitors, and product providers, to ensure timely and accurate work processing. Monitoring workloads within the team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Supporting the manager with departmental oversight, project work, process improvements, and complaint handling. Deputising for the manager during absences and leading on procedural changes. Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: Significant experience as a Financial Administrator, with exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex cases. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in using programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented approach, especially under pressure.
