We have an exciting new Apprenticeship opportunity with our client based in Gloucester. They are looking to take on a Financial Administrator to help train and develop their skills within financial planning. You will have the chance to work alongside qualified paraplanners and advisers, helping to achieve the company's ultimate goal of satisfying clients' financial advice needs. Key responsibilities: To review and quality check Private Client fact finds to ensure the information provided allows you to conduct fund and product research, in preparation of drafting the report. To set down holistic financial planning advice for each client using the information provided to draft a recommendation report. To build upon own knowledge and expertise to construct and draft advice reports where this falls outside of the standard reports, preparing a report for sign off by the Adviser. To collate all documentation to support the recommendations. Meet set individual targets for productivity and quality. Update internal systems with case progress so this can be tracked to new business receipt. Ensure all record keeping is maintained on back office systems ensuring documents are imported or scanned in a timely manner to support the recommendation. Liaise with Business Support staff where administrative support is required at pre-sales. Experience and Skills: Planning & Organising Resilience Technical Knowledge Excellent analytical and evaluation skills Analytical skills Excel and Word Previous experience within an administration position Full Diploma in Financial Planning will need to be completed to move into a full Paraplanner role
