Job Title: Financial AdministratorSalary: £20,000 to £22,000Location: BirminghamBell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Practice Administrator for a Accounting & Finance company in Birmingham.THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS FULL TIME IN THE OFFICE !!The Candidates responsibilities:General Admin and facilities to support the team and companyProducing and raising Sales InvoicesUp keep of the invoicing systemPreparations of client documents e.g. contracts, engagement letters, etcQuery managementData Input and maintenance of client dataSkills Needed:Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.A keen interest and/or previous experience within a corporate Admin role – at least 2 years.If you are an experienced Financial Administrator or are interested in more information regarding this role, then please get in touch!!
