We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our team. The Financial Adviser will provide expert guidance to individuals on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ current financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance. Develop customised financial plans tailored to clients’ needs, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimisation, and estate planning. Provide ongoing advice to adjust financial plans in response to changes in clients’ life circumstances or market conditions. Investment Management: Recommend appropriate investment options aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles. Monitor investment portfolios and provide regular updates to clients on performance. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial plans. Market Knowledge & Expertise: Stay informed about financial markets, investment products, tax laws, and economic trends. Continuously enhance knowledge through professional development and certifications. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base. Promote financial products and services that align with clients’ needs and objectives. Candidate

Must hold the level 4 diploma for financial advisers. Minimum of 3 years working as a competent adviser. Client-centric approach with a commitment to building trust and delivering value. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. A proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude. Package
