This employed, Independent Financial Adviser job provides opportunity to join a boutique, IFA firm due to continued growth across the business. Our client is based on the Devon / Somerset border, so happy to consider Financial Advisers based in Devon or Somerset
Upon joining, you will be provided with approximately 100 clients, generating around £15m - £20m, with view to continue passing over other clients to take the client bank to circa £30m. This will continue to grow over the long term from additional clients being passed over, natural organic growth and activities you undertake to bolster the portfolio.
The business puts client satisfaction and client retention at the heart of what they do, therefore looking for individuals who share these values.
To enable you to focus on giving the best advice to clients, you will be supported by their team of Paraplanners and Administrators.
Independent Financial Adviser Requirements
* You must be fully Diploma qualified in Financial Planning or equivalent
* You should have some experience as a Financial Adviser (our client is happy to consider a range in level of advice experience)
* You should align with the company values of putting clients first
