About Harmonic . What you will be doing:

Your area of responsibility will cover Manufacturing, Logistics and Facilities departments in all countries. For those departments, you will: Lead the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts Analyze actuals versus plan and/or forecast Perform ad-hoc analysis for FP&A leaders Partner closely with business partners for ad-hoc support and analysis Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to identify key trends, risks and opportunities. Prepare monthly accruals and post to Oracle Partner with accounting and department heads to understand operating and capital expense results and business drivers during month-end close process Develop unit cost calculations and reconciliation with build plan, shipping plan and budget Develop a BI dashboard to visualize our costs across the world Propose and implement ideas to continuously improve our budgeting and reporting processes What you should have:

Master degree or equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English Attention to detail Analytical and modeling skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets Hands on, results-oriented and comfortable navigating systems to get the right data Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities Experience of Oracle Cloud and/or Adaptive Insights is a plus Experience in Manufacturing costs control is a plus At Harmonic, we believe that building and nurturing a global team with diverse backgrounds and voices is critical to our success.
