Financial Analyst, Global Key Accounts (GKA)

is responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing financial information, planning, performance analysis and insight to support decision making processes within the GKA organization. Core Responsibilities: Prepare financial review of monthly performance for Global Key Accounts, Globally supported accounts and Regional Key Accounts explaining the main drivers behind variances. Provide support for price & contract negotiations including developing and updating of price mechanisms considering latest costing information and outlooks. Support GKA with performing profit analyses, contract reviews, rebate analyses, modeling payment term extensions and other ad-hoc analysis. Deliver insightful GKA analysis and reporting and drive actions for Gross Profit forecasting and Gross margin improvement. Develop collaborative and influential relationships with key leaders within Global Key Accounts. Understand and build partnerships with key contacts across various groups: Corp. Finance and Accounting, Regional Finance and Operations and Go-to-Market teams. Assist and/or lead project teams to translate complex and ambiguous technical ideas into actionable business cases. Qualified candidates will have: Mandatory requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Controlling, Accounting or equivalent Working knowledge of balance sheet, income sheet, cash flow, and working capital analysis. Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Sound business acumen especially in commercial processes and customer interaction. Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions. Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously. English fluency, both written and spoken Required behaviors and skills: Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner. Ability to act independently as well as a team player. Provides individuals with information so they can make accurate decisions. Is timely with information. Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Knows how business operates and effectively provides business context for financial information.
