The Financial Analyst - HR will be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and support to the HR department, assisting in the management of HR budgets, forecasting labour costs, and analysing HR-related financial data to support decision-making processes across the business. This role requires a blend of financial acumen and an understanding of HR processes, ensuring that our HR strategies are aligned with our financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast labour costs, benefits expenses, and HR-related investments, aligning them with the company's financial plans and budgets Analyse HR financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and improve HR efficiency and cost-effectiveness Support the development and implementation of financial best practices within the HR department, enhancing processes for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Participate in compensation and benefits planning, providing financial analysis to ensure competitive and cost-effective packages that also align with our People First approach Prepare regular board and ad-hoc financial reports for HR and senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights related to HR performance Assist in the financial evaluation of HR projects and initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analyses to assess their potential impact on the organisation Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, with prior experience in HR finance preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis Excellent knowledge of systems in general, with experience with Finance and HR systems (as well as BI experience) being a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Work's a treat!
