Financial Analyst

Job title: Financial Analyst Location: Salford Quays Salary: £40,000+ Length of Contract: 6-12 month contract Simpson Judge are looking for a motivated, hard-working financial analyst to join one of our best clients. This interim role will be ideal for a candidate with prior experience in an analyst role. The business has a family feel, a culture of growing from within and looking for a quality individual to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Forecasting and budgeting Analysis of large data set Conducting detailed variance analysis to explain deviation from budgeted and forecasted amounts, recommending plans for potential discrepancies Building and maintaining relationships with internal budget holders and translating financial data Assisting in smooth month-end processes, posting payments and accruals Ideal Candidate: AAT or Part-qualified ACCA (required) IT proficient and skilled with Excel Analytical and inquisitive Previous experience in a similar position Benefits and Rewards: Company pension scheme Holiday purchase scheme Cycle to work Performance-based bonus scheme 26 days holidays (plus bank holidays) 1 day per week work from home Casual dress Sick pay If you are interested in the above position, please click apply.
