Pure are currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst for an established business based in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful candidate will ensure that all required management information and reporting is provided in a timely and accurate manner whilst providing insight on key areas of business performance. Key Responsibilities:
Support in providing management reports to agreed deadlines with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ownership of month end activities and supporting Group reporting requirements. Prepare and upload month end transactions in line with all Group policies and procedures. Monthly headcount uploads, including reconciliations with HR data and commentary on movements versus last month and latest forecast. Assist with Global quarterly forecasts and annual budgets based on Group timetable. This will include meetings with internal stakeholders, data uploads and bridging variances. Prepare and maintain robust reporting models for company departments. Analyse variances and provide commentary, including risks & opportunities, in a clear and timely fashion. The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part qualified accountant, have the ability to use own initiative to address problems and present solutions and to have solid knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, lookups & sumifs.
