Rare career opportunity for a part-qualified Auditor or Accountant to join our large Financial Services client in Edinburgh in a brand new team-build. This team will be responsible for statutory, management, and risk reporting for their trading desks.

Daily responsibilities are varied, including:
Daily P&L and monthly balance sheet reporting
Closing ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Carrying out month-end accounting duties and MI reporting
Involvement with project, process, and system improvements
Working directly with key stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
All team members will benefit from a comprehensive, embedded training programme and will work collaboratively to ensure the success of this new team. Provided you have demonstrable financial control/external audit and/or accounting experience gained in a reputable CA firm, we would encourage you to enquire. You must be adaptable, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and a passion for learning new concepts and skills at pace.
