Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Proven management experience in a commercial environment, ideally within manufacturing Significant experience as a financial or business analyst. Operational experience within business desirable Must have expert Microsoft Office Products experience, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word as well as the ability to learn corporate ERP system. Evidence of comfort and familiarity dealing with senior stakeholders. What you'll do:
Lead and direct a finance team of 5 Financial & Cost Accountant, including financial and management accounting processes, P&L and Balance Sheet review, and variance analysis. Ensure complete financial control is maintained including compliance with applicable GAAP Oversee monthly reporting for site, and communication of results to all stakeholders. Oversee the Monthly R&O and quarterly forecasting process. Participate in formulating and delivering business strategy. Provide support to commercial decision-making processes and business development. Ensure annual planning and budgeting process is delivered on time Manage the working capital cycle of the business Provide cash flow analysis. Support and approve all Capex strategy.
