Your new role In your new role as Financial Controller, you will become a key member of the senior leadership team and assist with strategic decision-making to add value to what is an exciting and expanding business. You will build robust financial processes from scratch and manage the finance function from the ground up. You will be the first hire in Finance for the SME and be tasked with recruiting a team in 2025. You will take the lead on all forecasting and budgeting processes and ensure high-quality financial controls are in place.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this high-level strategic role, you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. You will be familiar with working within ambitious owner-managed SMEs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have the ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performance team. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits. You will be given the autonomy to improve processes and lead the team using your own management style. You will receive flexible working and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
