Axon Moore are recruiting a Financial Controller for a private equity backed services business based in Bradford. The business sits in a rapidly growing market at the forefront of technology with a number of exciting years ahead as a finance team.
The business has seen 20% growth in revenue for the past 2 years, aligned with new contract wins this trend is expected to continue.
The role reports directly into the Finance Director and plays a key part in the company's financial operations. You will be an integral component in driving business performance through offering yourself as a business partner to non-finance stakeholders and assist in the production of credible MI. You will be responsible for accurate understanding, challenge, and reporting of revenue, costs, fixed assets, stock as well as the wider balance sheet.
Responsibilities include: Oversee end-to-end financial operations within the company Production/review of monthly management accounts Consolidation of monthly financial accounts & feed into Board pack Lead & manage the finance team Offer insightful MI on spending trends & cost-saving initiatives Cash-flow forecasting Co-ordination of annual audit
In order to be considered for the role you must:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 5 Year PQE Strong line management skills Examples of streamlining processes Ability to meet deadlines
Salary/Package:
£60,000 - £65,000 Hybrid working Bonus Strong pension Annual Leave - 25 Days + Stat On-site parking
