Your Responsibilities
As Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and managing the full profit and loss account. Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts. Developing detailed financial forecasts and digital projections. Driving effective cashflow management across the organisation. Collaborating with Operations to ensure precise stock reporting. Partnering with Data and Technology teams to produce a comprehensive Management Pack, including key digital performance indicators (KPIs). Presenting financial insights confidently to investors and stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need: CIMA, ACA, ACCA or MAAT qualification (or part-qualified status). Proven experience managing profit and loss and delivering hands-on financial management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
