Your new role
They are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join the team and oversee all financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the finance team and be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions. You will also lead the finance team, implement robust financial controls, and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and strategic growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant, having worked as a Financial Controller, and will have excellent team management experience. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll get in return
This role will initially be office based but will move to hybrid.
