Financial Controller

to lead all aspects of the finance function and report directly to the Managing Director. This pivotal role involves managing a small finance team, consisting of two direct reports, and playing a key role in supporting the company's financial strategy and growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies

that align with the organisation's goals and drive sustainable growth. Oversee comprehensive financial planning , including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and performance. Supervise the preparation and presentation

of accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses, providing clear insights to senior management. Ensure compliance

with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, maintaining the organisation's financial integrity. Monitor financial performance

regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency. Provide strategic financial guidance

to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations to support business expansion and profitability. Collaborate across departments

to ensure financial best practices are embedded throughout the organisation, driving effective decision-making and accountability. Manage relationships

with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team , fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
