The successful candidate will lead the financial management and reporting for a key business unit, overseeing a team of 17 (including 3 direct reports) across multiple sites. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Credit teams, drive process improvement, and manage the annual audit. You'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, transformation projects, and maintaining robust financial controls. What we’re looking for: Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Senior finance leadership experience in a fast-paced organisation. Proven success managing and developing finance teams. Hands-on approach with a focus on improvement and innovation.
