Financial Controller | FMCG | London Agora are delighted to be working with a PE backed fast-growth FMCG scale-up in their search for a Financial Controller to lead the finance team. Founded seven years ago, our client have undergone a period of rapid-growth in recent years, with revenues approaching £12m, up 30% on last year. They are looking for an ambitious individual to grow with the business and consistently develop their professional skillset. You will be reporting directly to the Founder, with the ability to be hands on with all aspects, from management accounts and financial reporting to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Responsibilities: Producing and presenting management accounts Reviewing the P&L Leading with budgeting and forecasting Conducting financial planning and analysis Partnering with teams outside of finance, e.g. supply chain and marketing Conducting balance sheet reconciliations Overseeing transactional finance (accounts payable and receivable) Submitting UK and EU VAT returns Analysing KPIs and financial metrics Ensuring cash flow objectives are fulfilled About you...: Qualified with ACA, ACCA or CIMA Experience in a product-led business (retail, FMCG, etc) Highly competent with Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Passion for start-ups and scale-ups All round finance professional, capable of working with technical financial details while being commercially minded and forward thinking Salary:
£70,000 to £85,000 Location:
