Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
Forecast an control revenue, profitability and cash flow.
Maintain strict internal controls and ensure reports are submitted in a timely manor in accordance with GAAP.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the wider group to provide strategic financial insights.
Drive innovation within the finance function to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
The ideal candidate will be:
Fully qualified.
Hands on approach able to re-prioritise and work to multiple deadline.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
