Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Working closely with the senior management team you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of monthly management and financial reporting Presenting accounts and budgets to senior management team Analysis and reporting on results In-depth variance analysis of accounts and making commercial recommendations to improve results Overseeing all aspects of the finance team including payroll, invoicing, credit control and VAT returns Working closely with auditors and any other external stakeholders Ongoing process improvement on systems, reporting and ad hoc projects Leading and developing the finance team What do you need to be considered?
A professional accountancy qualification 1-5 years' experience in a fast-paced finance role dealing with financial and management accounts ideally within an SME A natural commercial flair Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff Drive, ambition and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!
