Financial Controller (Greater Belfast) VANRATH are delighted to be working with an innovative scaling business based in Belfast to recruit a commercially astute hands on Financial Controller. Reporting to the General Manager the Financial Controller will manage the day to day financial operations, providing strategic guidance and robust financial reporting. What’s in it for you? £6-£7 + bonus + benefits Flexible/hybrid working Share options The Role: Management Accounts: Preparation of management accounts and month end close for the group Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow forecasting Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulations. Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendation. Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
