Financial Controller (Greater Belfast)

Reporting to the General Manager the Financial Controller will manage the day to day financial operations, providing strategic guidance and robust financial reporting.

The Role:
Management Accounts: Preparation of management accounts and month end close for the group
Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow forecasting
Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and other regulations.
Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendation.
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop robust and detailed financial reporting for presentation to the SMT
About you
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Proven experience in a senior management role is essential
Excellent IT skills
Experience of providing financial information at senior level
