Investigo are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a fast paced division of a larger group. Our client is looking for a hands on, all around finance professional to help steer the business and help grow the division further.
This role will be based 4 days in the office located in Central Surrey. Responsibitilies: Work with the MD and SLT to develop strategic financial plans to underpin business performance and deliver on controls required to run an efficient business. Provide the SLT team with support on the financial implications of business activities and support with financial data, management information, analysis and reports. Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly and annual reporting alongside analysis of budgets. Work closely with finance partners at the SSC and Finance Director Ireland. Lead and oversee preparation of annual budget process. Monitor cash-flows, accounts and other financial transactions. Develop and oversee the risk management process. Compliance and internal control activities as needed with reporting on non-financial information to support business thinking. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with experience of controllership roles within an SME environment. The ability to partner with the senior leadership team will also be essential for the role.
