We are thrilled to be collaborating with an exceptional client as they seek to recruit a driven and ambitious Financial Controller. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management, taking ownership of the UK financial operations while supporting the Group CFO and CEO on key projects across the business. The Financial Controller will be responsible for delivering accurate financial data, managing cash flow and budgets, and contributing to the overall success of the senior management team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making. Establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Collaborate with the Finance and Management teams to ensure financial support and control across the business. Take responsibility for corporate and internal reporting, meeting deadlines with accuracy and completeness. Oversee month-end processes, including variance analysis. Report on business performance (actuals, budgets, forecasts, and variances) using financial systems. Assist with budget and forecast preparation for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Manage and mentor an experienced Finance Assistant. Monitor key KPIs, such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, driving improvements and efficiencies. Lead ongoing enhancements to financial controls and operational processes. Conduct product profitability analyses and reviews. Work closely with external auditors for year-end and interim audits. Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications/Experience:

Qualified Accountant with proven experience in a similar role. Collaborative team player with a strong drive to advance the business. Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all departments. Supportive and encouraging manager, focused on team development.
